Easy check in. Great cabin. Just minutes to everything but you feel like you are far away in the woods. We love the Pigeon Forge/Gatlingurg area. We always come for the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. There were approximately 40,000 attendees this year!!! Loads of fun.

House was very clean except the closet. There were mouse droppings on the floor right next to the vacuum cleaner. Would have been nice if they were cleaned up before we got there. We cleaned it up.

The cabin was great and all the accommodations were high quality. The only issue that I had was that the cabin is advertised as having a billiards table, however upon our arrival to the cabin we were instead met with an air hockey table. This didn't hurt our experience, but I just wish that the advertisement for the cabin was more accurate with actuality. Otherwise completely perfect.

Our stay was great but we struggled to get the TVs to work. We have a toddler and tried almost every night to get our roku system setup so we could watch movies and it didn’t work on any of the TVs.

Only 2 issues all weekend, 1. jets in garden tub in master bedroom did not work, 2. Saturday morning the internet went down, indicated it came back up but said wrong password every time we tried to log on, but it was up and running when we returned Saturday night and had no other outages.

My family enjoyed the cabin. Layout was great and the cabin was clean. Both hot tubs were nice. Pretty kid friendly. However, we were disappointed that the DVD players could not connect to the TVs. We tried both upstairs and downstairs DVD players and there was no way to connect the DVD player to the tv. Also garbage bags were left in the driveway from the previous renters which brought attention to wildlife at night that woke us up. We never saw the receptacle our email referenced regarding our trash bags so we also left additional trash bags outside as well. On our last night, the first floor tub clogged up. The downstairs tub seems to be fine. We did see a few large ants in the cabin but nothing too alarming.

Very friendly staff that greeted us at check in. We found the cabin ok with the directions giving us. We know your staff may be limited and a good dusting of the cabin would take considerable time, but needs to be done every once and a while. One other thought that crossed our mind would be installing grab bar to assist in getting in and out of jacuzzi would be nice.

The cabin was very clean! When the air conditioning unit stopped working, you sent someone out in less than 30 minutes and he fixed the problem. Every time we called the office, everyone was very polite .
