ER298, Renewed Spirit, is a beautifully decorated, four level log cabin offering 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, Jacuzzi, Sitting Room, and Game Room nestled away in a natural wooded setting in a log cabin community with swimming pool privileges offering within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!
As you enter the main level, you will a spacious living room area that houses a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, 2 Amish Rockers, Gas Fireplace, TV, DVD Player, Ceiling Fan, Vaulted Ceilings, and wood flooring with access to the front deck. There is fully equipped kitchen with 4 Bar Stools and wood flooring with a dining room area that offers a table for 8 with access to the back deck. Whether you want to cook a scrumptious meal inside or use the gas grill on the deck for a barbeque, the cabin has everything you need! There are 2 Queen Bedrooms that offer comfortable Queen Beds, TV, Ceiling Fans, and wood flooring. A full bathroom with wood flooring can also be found on this level for guest convenience!
Head on up to the upper level where you will find a spacious Master Bedroom which offers a luxurious King Bed, bedside Jacuzzi, TV, DVD Player, ceiling fan, and wood flooring. A private full bathroom with a stand up only shower with wood flooring can also be found for your convenience.
On to the mid-level where you will find a cozy sitting room area that offers a TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Easy Chair, wood flooring, and access to a covered deck. There are three Queen Bedrooms on this level with each offering comfortable Queen Beds, TVs, DVD Players, ceiling fans, wood flooring and private full bathrooms.
Down to the lowest level where you will find a large spacious game room that offers a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 Easy Chairs, TV, DVD Player, Wet Bar, Mini Fridge, and wood flooring. Guests will love challenging each other to a game of pool or foosball or watching their favorite movie while relaxing in the comfortable furnishings! A bedroom that offers a Queen Bed, TV, ceiling fan, and carpeted flooring with access to a Full Bathroom with tile flooring and entry from the game room and bedroom. There is also a laundry room on this level which houses a full-size Washer/Dryer for guest convenience! The game room has access to a covered patio area and serves as a second entrance with 0 steps.
The cabin is showing a lot of signs of depreciation. it needs a major update. In addition, the cabin needs a major cleaning. The ceiling fans all have major dust build up, and everywhere you look, there were cobwebs ( by looking at them, it was apparent they had been there for weeks). Although this would not deter us from coming back, it was significantly less appealing than other rental companies in the area that I have used. Hopefully you can take a look and see that some attention is much needed.

Everything was great… one bathroom tub drain was slow and the dish washer did not clean really well. Everyone enjoyed it, plenty of room..even provided extra table and chairs for our lunch! Hope to go again!!!!

Pretty clean, fresh towels, (1) toilet was running constantly but you came out and fixed after 1st call in. Also, another toilet was shut off when we arrived, but you came out and fixed it after the 2nd call in. Everything else was excellent.

Making reservations was easy, check in and check out easy. Staff was courteous. When we needed anything, they found the answer. With 14 people in the cabin, we needed to wash bath towels, but the dryer wouldn’t heat. They sent maintenance out twice to check it, and when it continued to not work, they brought us a garbage bag full of towels and washcloths.

Great place for our get together ER298. Many bedrooms and bathrooms made a great stay. Great location to all the areas attractions. Please provide additional trash bags and paper towels next time for this location. Ran out of these items. No linens for pullout couches and blankets. Limits the capacity of the cabin below the numbers claimed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your gorgeous house!! There was plenty of space and so many rooms to choose from! There were a couple of issues in the top floor room with the door sticking and not closing all the way and the top drawer of the chest not closing, but the cabin more than made up for it with everything else. I plan to come back every year if I can.

The cabin was nice. Just need to fix the door knob going out to the balcony on top floor, it gets stuck and won't let the door open. Second floor bathroom, the toilet overflowed twice. But it was cleaned up and towels washed twice, inconvenient to guests.
Owner may want to check into pest control of boring bees, notice through the top windows on the main floor the bres have really got big holes in the roof edges.
But overall, we had a great time and would recommend this cabin to others.

Cabin was easy to locate and for the most part clean. And was easy to get checked in even at a late time. Rugs were a little dirty but overall the cabin was beautiful and accommodated our family well. Do wish there were a few extra towels and bedding for the pull out beds.
