ERN816 - Almost Paradise

Very nice and clean cabin. Close to attractions. Web site reservations easy to use, which made check in and out a breeze.

You all we're great we appreciate you all sending someone out the first night of our stay.

We had no issues with the entire reservation process and overall the cabin met our needs (we had stayed in this same cabin several years ago). Due to the cabin’s age, it should be refurbished.

You fixed some things we inquired about in a timely manner

It was perfect Everything was clean and neat Check in and check out was really easy

Everything was clean, was well informed before, checked on us during and well informed on exit day. Our 2nd stay there in 4 years

Cabin was beautiful. But there was no front yard at all and extremely close neighbors on both sides. View was good tho!

Our cabin was beautiful!!! And the staff answered all of our questions and resolved an issue with a neighbor immediately. Cabin was in a great location and we had easy access to everything.

This is our second stay in ERN816!!! We absolutely love the area. The toilet in the master bedroom runs constantly. Several TV remotes do not work properly & missing battery covers.

Our reservation was not completed on your side. Adam got us in another cabin but we had to leave on Friday rather than Sat. The cabin we stayed in was great.

Cabin should update bedroom furniture and bedding the mattress were not comfortable.

Really enjoyed it. The only issue we had was the top floor stayed warm but down stairs, it was hard to get it too a comfortable temp. It was cold.

Good over all experience, cabin was clean and very nice view. The only thing we didn't enjoy was it stayed to cold down stairs for our ladies.

Clean, everything we needed was available. When renting a cabin we always go with Eagles Ridge and recommend them to everyone.

Nothing wrong with the cabin, it was gorgeous, and clean. However, the parking for our cabin was difficult considering it's location. When we arrived the person's in the cabin next to us had 8 vehicles, and there was no place for us to park. So it would have been nice for clearly marked parking spaces, due to the fact it was a battle from the time we arrived until they left on Sunday morning. We had issues with the same neighbors blasting music and openly smoking marijuana on their porch, but I know that isn't something that could have been prevented by the rental company. This hendered us fully enjoying our deck space, but again, I understand this isn't the rental companies fault. The cabin itself was beautiful, and obviously well maintained.

Everything was great, no complaints. We'll be back again soon

I've stayed alot at eagles ridge always have good service. An will to continue to stay there

The cabin was great! Very clean and well equipped. The only issue we encountered was that the downstairs area was very cold during the day. The thermostat was at the top of the stairs, so the upstairs area was comfortable, but downstairs was cold. I would recommend two thermostats, and two HVAC units for a house that size. Everything else was wonderful!

The check in process was easy, fast and the person helping me was very nice. The cabin was immaculate and that was nice because we had small children with us.

It was a nice place. Very clean! Would definitely stay here again. Only 10 minutes from pigeon forge. Wish it would have been decorated for Christmas.

Excellent vacation destination - centrally located, furnished nicely, well maintained. Beds are comfy and kitchen complete. Private and very rustic! Exceptional maintenance showed up after 8:00 PM on Sunday evening to fix a leak in our hot tub.

We truly enjoyed our time at Almost Paradise cabin. It was the perfect location to the places and areas we wanted to visit. It was clean,just the right size for our family, and had magnificent views from the porches.

We stayed at "Almost Paradise" for a reunion with my brother and sister and their spouses whom we hadn't seen for 6 years. The cabin was very comfortable and the setting was lovely. We enjoyed the decks being up in the trees, and the songbirds brought us great joy. It was a wonderful visit--almost paradise!

Were very helpful when I was deciding on a place to stay first of all. Cabin was wonderful. Giving us a courtesy call was great.

We absolutely loved the cabin and would surely do it again....we have nothing negative to say...we went to a lot of dinner shows and other shows...we stayed really busy....we would like to be able to stay long enough to really be able to enjoy the cabin....we may look into coming back for our grandkids spring break

Very happy with our stay. The family loved the accommodations and jacuzzi. It was a wonderful Christmas.

The cabin was lovely and had new carpet and flooring! Plentiful table seating for meals or games.

The cabin was gorgeous and very clean. We have stayed at Eagles Ridge Resort for 20 years! As always we loved our stay. We love that if we need anything all we have to do is call the office and we have answers. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Cabin was very clean! However jacuzzi and fireplace did not work. A little disappointed.

The entry door does not seem real secure. It would've been nice to see Christmas decorations in the cabin.

The cabin was nice and clean. Only issue we had was a raccoon visiting every night would get into the trash even with a snap on lid. He would prevent us from getting in the hot tub because he would not run off and we didn't want to get bit. Cabin was very nice

Excellent staff and great cabins. We had a problem with the hot tub, maintenance was called and came to fix it immediately.

Dryer was not able to dry towels. Also the hot tub did not get above 94 degrees- even when setting it higher. Cabin was beautiful and view great
