We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was really nice. We had a few maintenance issues, but they came out to check things. The wifi did not work, but everything was good, other than that.

The cabin was clean and roomy and we loved the balconies, the swings and rocking chairs. The location couldn't have been better. It was close to everything. As for improvements, the cabin needs new mattresses as well as a new sleeper sofa. We had 11 people and needed the sleeper sofa but we had to buy an air mattress because springs where broken on the mattress. Also, there needs to be more towels and wash clothes added to the cabin especially when it accommodates that many people. The staff was very nice and brought us more and we are very thankful and appreciative. Our overall stay was great; just need to update the mattresses.

No kitchen towels upon arrival, called and received them quickly. Cabin was mostly clean but had some dust bunnies etc that could have been better. Had trouble keeping the basement level comfortably warm, could use a couple space heaters. Only 1 hanger per closet, and several dresser drawers were broken. The driveway had a bit of a drop on the one side and could stand to have the asphalt built up on the edge for safety. Overall a very nice cabin and good experience. I would definitely rent from your company again.

Everything was nice and clean. Everyone liked the house and enjoyed our stay. The only thing was we were expecting a sleeper sofa downstairs and there was not one. Disappointed about that but that was all.

The cabin was great except that there was only 2 wash cloths in the entire cabin. We had 10 people and 2 wash cloths. I think it was probably just an oversight by the person that cleaned.

We have stayed in Eagles Ridge many times over the years and we love the location and amenities. We usually stay during the spring and fall Rod Runs so we like that we can get to and from the strip without having to sit in a lot of traffic. We have always had great experiences. Unfortunately this was less than a 5 star stay. One of the bedrooms only had sheets on the bed when we arrived. We thought that was odd but just found the couple staying in that room an extra blanket and we all went to bed. Within an hour, they woke up to wet sheets. Once they stripped the bed they could see that there was a urine stain showing in the mattress and apparently still wet urine in the mattress. Needless to say they did not sleep in that bed the rest of the night. They also discovered that their toilet wouldn't flush, the plastice rod that attaches to the handle had broken, so they had to manually flush the toilet through the tank. Once I was aware of both issues I called the rental office and let them know what happened. I was told this would immediately be taken care of. We left the cabin for a few hours and when we got back, the toilet had been properly fixed, but nothing had been done with the mattress or linens. After more than 5 hours and 3 calls to the office we still had no clean linens. After inspecting the rest of the beds in the cabin we assumed that the bed should have also had some sort of mattress pad and a quilt/comforter. None of those things were in the room or in the cabin. Anyone cleaning the cabin before our arrival should have noticed that a bare mattress in the room probably wasn't normal. Yet, when I continued to call because it was getting to be almost 8 (when the office closes) I got attitude from someone in the office telling me how busy they were. I understand they were busy, but we had a couple that had slept in someone else's pee and we weren't even making a huge deal of it. We flipped the mattress and had just requested new linens and a comforter. I also would have hoped that the owners of rentals would have taken the time of being in quarantine to their advantage by having their cabins deep cleaned. This cabin needs a deep clean desperately. Walking around, especially on the carpet, barefooted our feet were black. The curtains and window coverings were very dusty, the potpourri in the master bath has mold growing on it. I understand that those are not things that are included with the normal cleaning service, but again no one was in those cabins for a few months and that would be the perfect opportunity to have the carpets cleaned, wash the curtains and blinds, and do some much needed upkeep. Overall, we still love Eagles Ridge, and have never had a negative experience in any of the other cabins we have stayed in before. And we will continue to stay here, I truly believe that this was fluke experience, but it did cause me to only give 4 stars for this stay.

The reservation process was very easy, I even requested a change in my original reservation and the staff was vary accommodating. When we arrived the outside of the cabin was very clean and well maintained. Inside the cabin was even nicer. Everything that was promised was delivered. I had called maintenance with a few small requests and they responded in minutes, very helpful. Thank you we will be back!

We were a little concerned by the parking situation. Felt maybe a small fence or guard rail would have been appropriate as it is a significant drop off on both sides of the driveway. Overall was a great cabin with an excellent layout for our large family. Really enjoyed the game room and mini theater.
