Cabin was clean and beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Only one little issue. We did not dirty enough dishes to run dish washer, I washed by hand, but could not find the drainer baskets for the sink. We adapted. We definitely will use Eagle Ridge again!!!

We absolutely loved the cabin it was very clean and the online description was exactly spot on we could tell they updated and remodeled this cabin and they really did a beautiful job I loved the lit up trees on the front porch! The one and only thing we wished it had was a pool table and the Wi-Fi worked for the first day and then stopped working but I did not call the office to let them know I’m sure they would have attempted to fix it but overall it’s a perfect adorable cabin. I would definitely rent it again 🤣

Very well maintained cabin. Two issues the upstairs shower leaked into kitchen below maintenance came our and looked at. The upstairs bedroom was soooo hot.

Our stay was nice. Check in was very easy. Just a couple of things that might make the next family’s stay better. The upstairs bathroom had long black hair in the floor. I cleaned up some with toilet paper. (Don’t know if it was housekeeping’s or the last occupants). Need sink stoppers in kitchen, and pot holders. Downstairs bedroom closest to the bathroom our one yr old grand baby found a pill in the floor that didn’t get vacuumed up from last guest. Also we had to purchase more toilet paper for both bathrooms for our 3 night stay. (Looked under sink for more). Downstairs bathroom could have used more towels. 3 adults and a child downstairs. Only 5 towels for three nights. All these things could make a stay much more pleasant. Thanks!

Our family stayed in R257-Mountain Charm and it was beautiful. We stated during the Thanjsgiving holiday and our cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was very clean and accommodated our family of 8. There were enough linens for us to use but it did not have utensils for eating. I would definitely recommend using this resort.

Great customer service- very quick response time both times we used trouble with the TV service. Maintenance was very nice. Enjoyed the cabin. Wish this one would have a enough room for a pool table or something for the teenagers.

The stay was great. We have stayed with you several times. There are only a couple things on this cabin that could stand some improvement. First, there was no blow dryer. Every cabin we have stayed in with you has had a blow dryer so I did not bring one. This one did not. The other thing is that we were only given two dishwasher tablets and stayed for three days so we were short. Thanks

Loved the cabin but a couple of small things might require attention. Very cold around doors and windows. Perhaps caulking might help. All electrical plug ins need to b replaced. U couldn't get anything u plugged in like hair dryer to stay.

Have been staying here for many years. The only problem I have is the price is really beginning to be way to much. When you can get a hotel suite for half the price. We don't cook only use for a place to shower sleep n rest. May be getting hotel from now on sorry.

No one could seem to give me the right wifi address and 2 rolls of tissue paper for 6 people was not quite enough. Also, I called to check out around 9:45 a.m. and got a live person. When I got home 4 hours later, someone called to see if we had checked out.
